Real Stories. Real Recovery. Real Support.
Nervous. Overwhelmed. Googling everything at 2 AM. Then they found The Knee Replacement Hub and everything changed. Read their stories and see what's possible for you too.
Your surgeon gives you the surgery date. Your PT gives you exercises. But who helps you with the stuff in between? The fear before surgery. The hard days after. The meal prep, the mindset shifts, the "is this normal?" moments at midnight.
The Knee Replacement Hub bridges that gap — with worksheets, checklists, modules for every stage (PreOp, Go-Time, PostOp), group coaching calls twice a month, and Suzie in your corner the whole way.
But don't just take our word for it. Scroll down and hear from the women (and men!) who've been right where you are.

I found Suzie and the start of this Hub in the midst of my recovery. I was on the brink of deep depression feeling like i made a big mistake. I was truly not as prepared as i thought i was for the reality of a TKR. This hub showed me i wasnt alone. It was a true Godsend. Now that I am facing my second TKR im greatly comforted that I have this hub and all the tools it has to walk me through. Checklists to be prepped, meal ideas. What to expect during those long days of recovery. Im so grateful.

I started following Suzie on Facebook when I first knew I was headed for knee replacement surgery. I had read several of her blogs and was impressed with the quality and amount of information. I then decided to buy the Knee Replacement Hub. It's a great investment! So far just reading the Pre-Op Portal, I have so many of my questions answered. There's so much more working through surgery (Go Time) and Post Op surgery. She covers so many topics. I look forward to using this during and after my procedure. Everybody has a unique experience and she is great to discuss those challenges and help us with keeping a positive outlook.

Has everything you could possibly want to know. Pre, during, after surgery. It has facts about what's happening with your knee, and body, after surgery. Important hydration information, nutrition, supplements, icing, bruising. What items will help with recovery, wardrobe, exercises, controlling pain. I mean everything you could possibly imagine is in this Hub!

Happy to have found you for my first knee surgery on October 21, 2024. My second was on February 28, 2025. I have had so much information from you. And still do. Reading the hub, facebook and your Tik tok videos. I also really appreciate getting a personal response to my questions. It helps me to turn my mindset back to the positive. Because it is a big journey as you always say. But staying positive and continuing to believe in yourself is very important for a good recovery.

I can't recommend Suzie and the Knee Replacement Hub enough! Finding this community has helped me more than words can express.
I'm from the UK, where post-surgery care can be a little different from the US, and I struggled significantly around days 5–6 of my recovery. The pain was overwhelming, and the prescribed medication just wasn't working for me. After being given oral morphine, I had a severe reaction that led to two hospital visits. At that point, I was in a dark place—physically struggling with my daily exercises and was mentally drained.
That's when I reached out to Suzie. Her kindness, knowledge, and willingness to help truly changed everything for me. She provided insights on what I was experiencing and what to expect next, helping me prepare for the journey ahead. Her "Yetter Getter" ethos resonated deeply with me—it's something we all have within us, but just need guidance to find.
Suzie may not realize just how much she has impacted my life, but I will always be grateful. Thanks to her support, I felt empowered to continue my recovery, and I've gained a friend for life.
Even now, I return to the Knee Replacement Hub for advice and reassurance. Recovery from major surgery is a marathon, not a sprint, and having Suzie's guidance makes all the difference. If you're going through this journey, trust me—Suzie is the person who will help you through it.
Wishing everyone strength and success in their recovery.
First let me just say … God bless Suzie for putting in the time and effort preparing all the valuable informational resources in the Knee Replacement Hub! I honestly think every orthopedic surgeon should be recommending this for their patients!
I strongly encourage anyone who's going to have knee replacement to join Suzie's hub! She's a fantastic coach and always there to answer any questions and provide her faith-based support throughout your journey!
I'm feeling much more prepared for my upcoming right knee total replacement surgery! I'm currently in the Pre-op Module and have been learning so much!
I love the mindset of the importance of preparing yourself mentally, physically, and spiritually for the surgery!
I learned the importance of not only focusing on the knee; but also, about the quads, glutes, hamstrings, ankles, calves, shins, and feet.
I didn't realize the importance of supporting your body with minerals, supplements, the right foods to eat to help your body heal and avoid inflammation, and the importance of drinking water.
The Knee Replacement Pre-op Preparation Timeline/checklist has been a helpful tool for me too.
Since my husband isn't much of the cook in the kitchen (he jokes and says he can boil water and put fish sticks in the oven!), Suzie's freezer meals, sheet pan, and crockpot recipes are a lifesaver! I'll be able to prep the meals for the freezer so hubby will put in crockpot.
The Knee Replacement Hub gives you everything your doctor doesn't cover. PreOp prep. Go-Time guidance. PostOp recovery. Mindset shifts. Meal plans. Checklists. Plus two live group coaching calls a month with Suzie.
One-time (limited-time) investment: $88
That's less than one co-pay for a lifetime of support.
