Whether you’re brand new, easing back in or here every month — this call is for you.
Start where you are. Share what you love.
That’s how we create a movement.
💧 One person. One product. At a time.

There are changes that roll in with August whether we’re ready or not.
Shifts in routine. Shifts in temperature. Shifts in mood, energy, sleep and expectations.

Sometimes it’s a new school year.
Sometimes it’s the return of 6 AM alarms and rushed mornings.
Sometimes it’s hormones, headaches, screen fatigue or just the weird August haze that throws everything off.

This is real talk about what’s actually helping real people feel better as everything around them shifts.
We’re having this conversation online — under the desk, behind the scenes, off the record.
It’s not a public class or a polished training.
It’s a behind-the-scenes look at what long-time customers and brand partners are reaching for right now — and why it works.

What we’ll cover:
- Simple ways to calm your nervous system when things feel out of sync
- Immune support tools that don’t involve 27 steps or random supplements
- How to spot stress signals in your body before they spiral
- What it means to lower your synthetic load and why that matters during seasonal shifts
- Actual products Young Living families are using — for their kids, themselves and their parents — when everything’s in flux
Whether you’re managing a household, prepping for back-to-school, caring for aging parents or just trying to stay ahead of your own burnout — you’ll walk away with useful, doable support.
RSVP is highly encouraged — not just so you get the link, but because everyone who shows up live will receive a free guide on the vagus nerve and why it’s one of the most powerful systems in your body for handling stress and staying grounded.

One body. Many clues. The hidden root of chronic, confusing symptoms.
My story — and the simple tool I used to finally get answers.
My story — and the simple tool I used to finally get answers.
I thought I was doing everything right.
After two knee replacements, I was eating clean, staying active and focused on healing. But my body was telling me something else.
- I hadn’t had a cycle in 160 days 🤔
- My ears were constantly plugged and congested (over 2 years)
- Random vertigo spells out of nowhere in June
- Numbness down my shin since January
- A toenail fungus (not uncommon after foot surgery)
- And a cancerous polyp discovered in 2023
Each taken alone, none of it seemed urgent.
Just weird little blips I chalked up to aging, perimenopause or post-surgery recovery. But together? They were telling a much bigger story — one I couldn’t see until I started asking better questions.
And then came the part that really stunned me…
Through quite accidental conversations with Health Coach and Nutrition Expert Kelly Molloy, I started to understand the invisible effects of the very things I thought were helping — like increase protein sources. Now pool what I was doing WITH pain medications and antibiotics that I had through 13 surgeries and BOOM 👉 I had no idea the kind of storm that was brewing in my gut. I’d never been taught to connect those dots.
Kelly helped me see the bigger picture. And now I can’t unsee it. So, I share. Because Live. Share. Grow. is my motto.
She’ll be joining me live on Wednesday, August 20 for a conversation that could change how you think about your body, your symptoms and your healing path.
This event is for you if:
- You’re tired of getting “normal” lab results while your body says otherwise
- You’ve got recurring symptoms you’ve just learned to live with
- You’re doing all the “right” things but still don’t feel your best
- You’ve never considered that your symptoms could be giving you answers
This isn’t a diagnosis call.
It’s a discovery call.
Come see what it could look like to finally put the puzzle together.

You ever catch yourself thinking, “I’d do this business... if I actually knew more people”?
Yeah, that myth stops so many good humans before they even start.
This MythBusters call is for you if you’ve ever felt like you don’t have the right network, the right friends, the right connections. Spoiler alert: you do—you just might not be seeing it (YET).
We’re gonna talk about:
✅ Why quality matters way more than quantity
✅ How to build meaningful connections without being fake or salesy
✅ How to use your real life—your gym, the school pickup line, your favorite Facebook groups—as your network
✅ And why being a human (not just a “friendly” one) is your best marketing strategy

I’ll also walk you through a simple tool to help you expand your network organically—without feeling like you're cold messaging strangers all day.
This isn’t about being an extrovert. This is about being you, showing up in the places you already go, and learning how to connect with people who already want what you’ve got.
