I’ve been through it all. After three joint replacements—two knees and a hip—I’ve learned that getting through this journey takes more than just physical therapy. It requires a resilient mindset, one I’ve come to call the “Yetter Getter” mindset. 

Inspired by my dad’s incredible optimism during his battle with ALS, I’ve built this approach to help you navigate your knee replacement journey with hope, courage, and determination.
