For years, I reached for whatever promised me a better night's sleep. What finally changed things wasn't a bottle of melatonin — it was learning to work
with my body's own rhythm instead of fighting it.

In this class, I'm sharing the sleep lessons that have honestly worked for me over the years. We'll talk about your circadian rhythm — what it actually is, what feeds it, and why getting it dialed in matters for every single one of us.

I'll walk you through the 10-3-2-1-0 method, why prepping the night before sets up your whole next morning, and the quiet power of the routines that signal to your body that it's safe to rest — prayer, meditation, deep breathing, stretching, actually putting your PJs on, and stepping back from the screen before bed.

We'll also look at how your body works as one connected system — how gut health, inflammation, and filling your daily nutritional gaps all tie into how well you rest. And we'll get into the food piece too, like why what and when you eat matters.

This event is about looking at your life as a whole and finding the smart, doable shifts that actually fit you. Not all of it will, and that's okay. Some of it will land exactly where you need it.

If there's one thing I'd love you to walk away holding onto, it's that you don't have to overhaul everything at once. I tried that. It's the quickest way to get overwhelmed and quit. One habit, changed on purpose — that's where it all starts.

This one's for anyone who's ready to try everything to get a solid night's rest.  And it's especially close to my heart for the women recovering from surgery, whose bodies are quietly asking for more rest. If you're in those early weeks, we'll talk about when it makes sense to start folding these methods in.
