I didn’t hit full extension (a straight leg at 0 degrees) until week 12, and that delay affected everything in my leg. ✔️ Glutes – Strong, flexible glutes = less strain on your knee.


🔥 Make Sure the Muscle is Relaxed

If you’re tensed up like you’re bracing for impact, the gun won’t help much. Use it while sitting or lying down so the area is fully relaxed.
